This was our third session focused on Service Cloud! The first was Service Cloud Reporting in Salesforce and the second was Formulas for Service Cloud Reporting. In this session we touched on the old sample Support Reports in Classic, hiding unwanted Report Types, doing Case Spike Analysis, Calculating NPS Score, and reporting on Case Escalations.
